Appearance: Regulus is of average height and good build. He has dark hair which he wears in the 70s fashion, dark eyes, and tan skin, and is good looking like his older brother.
Personality: Regulus believes almost everything his parents tell him, and as a result he feels he is superior to those who aren't as pure-blooded as he is. A bit of a follower, he looks up to his older cousin Bellatrix, and trusts in everything she says. He is popular with those in Slytherin, but not very much liked outside of his house, as he doesn't feel the need to treat anyone else well. He is quite clever, though much of it is due to hard work, unlike his brother and cousin. He strives to be an asset to the House of Black, feeling privileged to be a part of it.
History: Regulus grew up with his parents and older brother, Sirius, in London. His parents are staunch pure blood advocates, and, seeing the reaction after Sirius had strayed from this path, Regulus had no desire no follow in his footsteps. Instead, he made friends with only pure-bloods, in hopes of proving to his parents that he is the better son. At Hogwarts he is often stuck in his brother's shadow, something which annoys him to no end, and he is desperate to do something which will make him known for himself.
